Members get access to a network of more than 650 partner providers, an online portal and mobile app for finding care, booking appointments, and submitting bills, plus ProActiv, Eden Care’s health and wellness program that rewards healthy habits with perks like free meals or coffee. On the provider side, clinics and hospitals in the network benefit from faster, more predictable digital payment cycles rather than the slow reimbursement processes common with traditional insurers.

Eden Care says it’s trusted by more than 23,000 members, a reasonable track record for a relatively young, digital-first insurer in a market historically dominated by slower-moving incumbents.
