Grotta Resort

Grotta Resort is a 3-star boutique resort in Susa Village, Musanze, about 2km from Volcanoes National Park. Built from local stone and reclaimed wood, the property centers on a natural cave that runs 150 meters into the earth, home to the resort’s Cave Café and several of its signature experiences.

Accommodation ranges from Standard Rooms to King Rooms with volcano views and a two-bedroom Executive Room with private pool access and butler service. On-site amenities include a rock-waterfall pool, gardens, a firepit, pickleball courts, a kids area, and a gym.

Guests come for the highland activities as much as the rooms: guided cave journeys, gorilla trekking, volcano hikes, e-bike adventures, wildlife and cultural excursions, plus wellness options like sauna sessions and yoga.
